Returns:

Muskoka Plank cannot accept returns due to the customized nature of the product. If you have any questions, please reach out to Customer Service. 

Cancellations:

For all orders that are cancelled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. For special/customer order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. 

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
