If you are trying to match the height of an existing floor, you can either lay down plywood to compensate for the difference in thickness or purchase a reducer to transition into the existing space.

Alternatively, you can customize your order to accommodate.

Layers of SAICOS Matte Hard Wax Oil is applied with polishing pads. They are then put on stands where they dry and harden by oxidation.

This finish provides a durable product and does not require sanding of the wood to regenerate.

Engineered Hardwood uses less than its hardwood counterpart, making it a more environmentally sustainable product.

The process of Engineered Hardwood has low pollutants, and the use of Oak and Natural Hard Wax finishing and regular maintenance will keep your floors in solid condition for years.

The wood we use to manufacture our products comes only from Managed Forests, and this ensures that the cut areas will be protected and reforested to help preserve the ecosystem.

That's no problem at all. You can opt out. Just remember, there is a shipping minimum regardless of shipping volume. The overage is not for us; it is for you. It covers you for installation waste and to have materials on hand for repair should you require them.

Our recommendation is 8% for standard Plank and 15% for Chevron and Herringbone. When using the online calculator tool, it will include the overage amount to ensure you are covered.

In Southern Ontario, the shipping charge is $750+tax.

For the rest of Canada, it is $1000+tax for Hub pick-up.

Hub pick-up allows your product to ship to a hub through our trusted transportation partner.

Upon delivery, you have 48 hours from notification from delivery notification to pick up your Muskoka Plank Shipment. After 48 hours, additional shipping charges will apply.

You are responsible to provide an accurate ship-to address.

You are also responsible to ensure that you are prepared for delivery. Our deliveries are curb side so coordination on the day of delivery is required.

You will not be permitted to enter the delivery and the delivery person is not permitted to enter your home or project.

Each delivery will be an assortment of lengths from 24" up to 86" for standard orders.

For in-stock orders, returns and cancellations are possible. You will be responsible for the return shipping and restocking fee.

For custom, when your order is placed, production begins. As a result, your order can not be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged when you place your order, with the remaining when your order ships.

For all in-stock orders that are cancelled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged.

For special/customer order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
